Verrado Youth Triathlon 2025 – May 10 at The Center on Main

Get ready for swim-bike-run action as the Verrado Youth Triathlon returns on Saturday, May 10, 2025, bringing young athletes, families, and the Buckeye community together for one of the most exciting youth events of the year!

Held at The Center on Main in Verrado. This annual triathlon gives kids ages 4 to 14 the chance to challenge themselves in a fun, safe, and supportive environment. Whether your child is brand new to triathlon or already a future champion in the making. This event has something for everyone.

⏰ Time: Start times vary by age group; check-in begins early

Age Groups & Course Distances:

👶 Ages 4–6:

• Swim 25 yards
• Bike 0.4 miles
• Run 0.3 miles
(Fun, non-competitive, parental help allowed — no trophies)

🏃‍♂️ Ages 7–8 & 9–10:

• Swim 100 yards
• Bike 1.2 miles
• Run 0.6 miles
(Timed — trophies awarded to top finishers)

🚴 Ages 11–12 & 13–14:

• Swim 150 yards
• Bike 2 miles
• Run 1 mile
(Timed — trophies awarded to top finishers)

🚨 Note: Bike helmets are mandatory for all participants. No helmet = no race.
